Story: I proud to be an Indian is about a guy (Sohail Khan), who is forced to migrate to London with his father. I soon finds out that the middle class Asian families in London are living under threat from local white outlaws, whose leader is Cane, a skinhead. I takes up the responsibility to fight for the rights of Asians with the help of Aslam (Aasif Sheikh), a Pakistani. I falls in love with Aslam's sister, Noor (Heena Tasleem). After Cane murders Aslam, I challenges Cane to fight him on his land. How they battle it out and how I triumphs over the outlaws forms the crux of the film. Many distributors of Sohail Khan’s “I-Proud to Be an Indian” were not comfortable with the English title of the movie and in many parts of India so they have gone ahead and released it as “Mujhe Hindustani Hone Par Garv Hai” especially in the Hindi belt, with a smaller title saying in English “I-Proud to Be an Indian” Shripal

Bollywood Dance | Indian Dance Training
The
film, featuring an international crew, including two artistes of Pakistani
origin and British actors, has been directed by UK-based director Puneet
Sira and is produced by actor-turned-producer Sohail Khan. Kiran was the
UK Casting Director for small roles and all extras.
Kiran
had been doing the UK Casting Direction(Small roles & all extras)
for the film whilst being shot in London. It has the talented Urmila Matondkar
playing the lead role of ‘Naina’, a woman who experiences
the unthinkable and unreal. 
Sonia
(Kiran Akhtar) has her whole world of dreams. Getting married to her finance
was her completion of dreams, but this is where she finds out something
odd.
